Zhongguan Villages integrated circuit industry has formed a complete chain
In a 5mmx5mm chip, the total length of the electric circuit connected is about 600-700 meters and each lines width is 32 Naometer,the equivalent of a hairs 1/3000. The workshops requirement is that in each cubic feet the number of particles whose diameter are more than 0.3 micron is not more than 1000. The Group has been purchasing domestic equipment and materials of more than 0.3 billion yuan.
Under the implementation and orgnization of major special national science and technology projects , the complete sets of technology of ZhongGuan villages semiconductor manufacturing international BeiJing Co,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as the Core International )has entered the ranks of the international advanced level. It not only breaks the international monopoly ,but also prommotes the development of Chinas integrated circuit industry.
Driven by the Core International ,a highly competitive domestic IC industry chain is graduallly clear.At the end of next year, it will have batch production capacity. In the display table of the Core International , a plant whose area is 3 times larger than the existing plant area suddenly appearing in front. in the future, major special science and technology project of 32/28 Naometer integrated circuit will realize batch production. It is a complete set of process elements in a major national science and technology project of great scale integrated circuit manufacturing equipment (hereinafter referred to as 02 special project).
The reporter was acknowleged that the ongoing 32/28 naometer complete set of technology projects are going on smoothly on the basis of Eleven Five-year-plans achievements. At present, the research and development of key technology has been basically completed. The entire technology research and development is estimated to be finished by the end of the year.Next year,it will begin to enter the product technology research and development stage. At the end of the year 2013, it will have mass production ability. ZhaoHaijun, vice president of Core International s north area operation resources, told reporters the number of manufacturers who can produce Naometer 32/28 is not large, only INTEL,IBM etc vendors can make it.

According to Zhaos introduction, Core National in 2009 undertook the specific project NO.2 of integrated circuit technology project on 65/45/32 Naometer technology project." Before this, it is colleges and unversities and scientific research institutes undertake national science and technology projects,"zhao Haijun thought,"this is a great breakthrough in Chinas science and technology project."
